Our office conducts a general civil law practice with emphasis in civil litigation. That is, we can assist you in most matters from legal questions or advice involving general legal matters to formal litigation. If matters become specialized or require a special expertise, we will refer you to an attorney that practices in that area.
Our office also represents various businesses and acts as their general legal counsel. We assist businesses from formation to dissolution and legal issues that arise in the day-to-day operation of a business.
